PPD (paraphenylenediamine) can cause allergic reactions and skin irritations, especially for people with sensitive skin or allergies. Our pigments contain glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, and aqua. They are vegan and cruelty-free.
We use products from manufacturers who formulate with with Ecocert approved DHA (dihydroxyacetone), which is the compound that reacts with your skin to create that bronze appearance. This DHA is plant based and is highest and finest quality of DHA available.
